Can I edit or combine my orders?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to add new items to it automatically. Instead, feel free to place a separate order for any additional pieces. If you’d like us to combine your shipments, just reach out to us directly and we’ll handle it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Before your order is dispatched, simply contact us if you wish to cancel it. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for next steps.
Which payment method do you accept?
We accept major international credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, alongside seamless digital options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and O Pay.
What are the delivery option?
We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Hong Kong. If you prefer, you can also opt for in-store pickup at COLOURLIVING for smaller lifestyle items. Please note that we are unable to accommodate international shipping at this time.
Why are some products unavailable for in-store pickup?
To ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition, larger or more delicate furniture and fixtures require specialized handling and are only eligible for direct delivery rather than self-collection.
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer complimentary delivery for purchases over $3,000 to addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. This applies to locations accessible by standard delivery vehicles and equipped with a service lift suitable for your items. For Outlying Islands, container terminals, or special handling requests, our team can prepare a tailored quote.
How do I schedule my delivery date and time?
Once your order is confirmed, we will reach out to you directly to arrange a seamless delivery time that fits your schedule.
Can I return an item for an exchange?

Can I request a refund?
Please note that all sales are final and items are non-refundable. We are only able to process exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can easily initiate an exchange within our 7-day return period. Simply contact our team with your order number and attach a clear photo of the product so we can resolve this for you swiftly.

Are the prices on the website the same as in stores?
Our online pricing generally aligns with our physical store. However, please note that there may occasionally be exclusive promotional offers or unique campaigns that apply solely online or offline.
