Can I edit an order or combine multiple orders?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot add items to it. Alternatively, you can place a new one for additional items. If you like to combine separate orders, please contact us directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Before your order is dispatched, simply contact us if you wish to cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to Return & Exchange for return details.

What are the delivery option?
Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Customers can also choose in-store pickup for small lifestyle items at the COLOURLIVING store. We do not accept international shipping at this moment.
Why are some products not available for pick up?
Due to the attribute or bulkiness of the products, some items may not be available for self-collection.
How much is the delivery fee?
Enjoy free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding container terminals and outlying islands) on orders over HK$3,000. This service is available for locations accessible by a 10-tonne lorry with elevator access suitable for your items. If your order requires special handling, our team will prepare a custom quote for you.
How do I choose the date and time of delivery after purchase?
Our customer service team will contact you directly after an order is confirmed.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

All goods sold are non-refundable.

If your item is damaged or defective, you can return during the return period. Simply contact us with your order number with a photo of the product.
