The thick wood parts of the Botan bench provide a sense of stability and the natural finish of the wood grain creates a beautiful appearance. Designed by Jasper Morrison originally as a simple bench for the terrace of his office, it has either indoor or outdoor type: oak wood with a gorgeous wood grain for indoor-use model while pine wood transformed into a form that resists decay by subjecting the wood to acetylation for outdoor use.
